Medical Outpatient Clinic

Do you have a Healthcare Clinic project we can help with?

Silicon Valley Medical Development, Morgan Hill

D’ville Construction had the privilege of partnering with Silicon Valley Medical Development in Morgan Hill, California, on an essential project to enhance healthcare services in the community. The project involved the development of a 4,000 sf medical outpatient clinic, representing a significant expansion for the organization.

Our team oversaw the entire MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design-build project, ensuring that all aspects of the clinic were meticulously planned and executed to meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

The scope of work included the creation of new restrooms, patient rooms, a welcoming lobby, a fully equipped laboratory, and functional offices. We also installed new HVAC equipment to provide optimal comfort for patients and staff, as well as electrical distribution systems to support the clinic’s operations.

One of the unique aspects of the project was the installation of rooftop structural supports to accommodate the clinic’s needs. Our team worked closely with structural engineers to design and install the supports, ensuring the safety and stability of the building’s rooftop infrastructure.

This MEP design-build project exemplified our commitment to delivering comprehensive construction solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare facilities. By collaborating closely with Silicon Valley Medical Development, D’ville Construction successfully delivered a modern and functional outpatient clinic that enhances access to high-quality healthcare services for the residents of Morgan Hill and the surrounding area.
