Silicon Valley Medical Development (SVMD)

D’ville Construction had the privilege of partnering with SVMD, Silicon Valley Medical Development, a part of El Camino Hospital, on a transformative project. With a budget exceeding $1 million, our team undertook the development of a 2,000 square foot medical outpatient clinic, representing a crucial addition to the healthcare infrastructure.

The project encompassed the creation of essential facilities, including new restrooms, patient rooms, a welcoming lobby, a fully equipped lab, and functional offices. Our team worked diligently to ensure that each space was tailored to meet the needs of patients and staff, prioritizing comfort, functionality, and accessibility.

Additionally, we implemented new HVAC distribution and electrical distribution systems to optimize comfort and operational efficiency throughout the clinic. This MEP design-build project exemplified our expertise in delivering comprehensive construction solutions that integrate seamlessly with the unique requirements of healthcare facilities.

By collaborating closely with SVMD and El Camino Hospital, D’ville Construction successfully delivered a state-of-the-art medical outpatient clinic that enhances patient care and supports the mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to the Silicon Valley community.
