At D’ville Construction, we are thrilled to have partnered with Shiru on an exciting project in the life sciences sector. Our recent endeavor involved the development of a 17,000 sf Life Science Tenant Improvement (TI), encompassing a diverse array of crucial components.
Our skilled team oversaw the installation of cutting-edge HVAC equipment, a rooftop generator, specialized lab casework, state-of-the-art fume hoods, and a fully equipped test kitchen, among other features. This MEP design-build project demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure seamless integration of all systems. Our top priority was to deliver a state-of-the-art facility perfectly tailored to Shiru’s needs, supporting their innovative work in the realm of life sciences.
