At D’ville Construction, we recently had the privilege of working with Sepion Technologies on a significant project. Spanning 30,000 square feet, our team spearheaded a Life Science Tenant Improvement (TI) endeavor.
We managed the installation of critical components, including new HVAC equipment, an exterior generator, lab casework, specialty lab equipment such as fume hoods, and IDF infrastructure. This MEP design-build project demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure seamless integration of all systems. Our mission was to deliver a cutting-edge facility perfectly tailored to Sepion Technologies’ needs and specifications in the dynamic field of life sciences.
